These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Create UI website and the purchase and use of our products. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or products.

In short: these Terms cover how you may use our website and what happens when you buy from us. The use of the products you download is governed separately by the License Agreement included with each product.

1. About Create UI

Create UI (“Create UI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a platform that creates and sells its own design system, component libraries, and related design and code assets. All products offered are created and owned by us. We do not operate a third-party marketplace and do not sell assets belonging to other creators.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our website or make a purchase. By using our website, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Use of the website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or networks.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the website or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, copy, or republish website content except as expressly permitted.
• Use the website to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful or deceptive content.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

4. Products and licenses

Our products are digital goods. When you purchase a product, you receive a license to use it under the terms of the License Agreement included with that product (for example, the LICENSE file delivered with your download). The License Agreement defines what you may and may not do with the product, including the differences between individual and team licenses. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a product’s License Agreement regarding use of that product, the License Agreement controls.

Unless expressly stated, all intellectual property rights in our products and website remain with Create UI. Purchasing a product grants you a license, not ownership of the product itself.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. By completing a purchase, you also agree to any terms presented by Lemon Squeezy at checkout. All prices are shown at the point of purchase and may be subject to applicable taxes, which Lemon Squeezy may calculate and collect.

We reserve the right to change our prices, products, and offerings at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been completed. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, an unauthorised transaction, or a pricing error.

6. Delivery and access

Products are delivered digitally. After a successful purchase, you will receive access to your files and license, typically by email and/or a download link. Some products or features described as “coming soon” (such as future code libraries) will be made available when released; where a purchase includes early access, you will be granted access when that product launches. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download or save your files.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are generally considered final once files have been accessed or downloaded. Where a refund policy applies, it will be presented at the point of purchase and is handled in accordance with the policies of our payment processor. 8. Feedback

If you submit feedback, feature requests, or suggestions (including through our feedback platform), you grant us the right to use them without restriction or obligation to you. We are free to use, implement, or ignore any feedback at our discretion.

9. Third-party links and services

Our website and communications may contain links to third-party services such as Lemon Squeezy, Figma, Google Analytics, and Featurebase. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that our products will meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Create UI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the website or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Create UI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide notice. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Create UI is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
