In short: we sell our own design system and code products. We collect the minimum data needed to process your order, deliver your files, run our website, and support you. We do not sell your personal data, and we never sell third-party creators’ assets.

Create UI is a platform that creates and sells its own design system, component libraries, and related design and code assets. All products offered through Create UI are created and owned by us. We do not operate a third-party marketplace and we do not sell assets belonging to other creators.

When you make a purchase, your payment is handled directly by Lemon Squeezy, and your payment card details are collected and processed by them, not by us. We receive order and customer information (such as your name, email, country, and what you purchased) needed to fulfil your order and provide support. Lemon Squeezy’s handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
